We take bookings from one night where possible @ £100-£175 (based on up to 4 sharing (Not June/July/August unless available at least 2 weeks prior). 5th person £40 supplement.

Our Booking Terms & Conditions
A non refundable deposit of £100 per week is payable on booking. It is advisable to telephone to confirm the dates you require before sending your deposit. The dates will then be reserved for 5 days for the deposit to arrive. We reserve the right to cancel the held booking if deposits do not arrive in time, so please post first class. The maximum number of people to be accommodated overnight is stated and cannot be exceeded. To do so breaks the contract.

Our Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable £100.00 deposit forms a contract and all balances (Including cancellations) will be due 6 weeks prior to your holiday. We will do our best to re-let but recommend that you take out adequate insurance. When a property is cancelled the deposit is lost. Full balances have to be paid. We can only refund balances if we re-let at the price paid. We cannot guarantee re-letting. Please notify us as soon as possible with any cancellations. Please take out adequate holiday insurance to cover your holiday - we cannot stress the importance of this for your own personal security.

Scooters Can be hired from Whitby Disablement Group, and are usually picked up at the Tourism Bureau in Whitby. You can discuss all mobility concerns with the group, who are very helpful.
